How quickly can I get an estimate?

We schedule free on-site estimates within 48 hours anywhere in our service area, then send a fixed written quote listing prep, coats and products.

What prep do you do before exterior painting?

Every exterior gets pressure washing, scraping of loose paint, caulking of gaps and priming of bare or repaired areas before any topcoat.

Can you help with HOA color approval?

Yes. Our color consultation includes pulling approved palettes and sample colors so you can submit to your HOA, which many Round Rock and Georgetown neighborhoods require.

Can I stay home while you paint the interior?

Yes. We work room by room, use low- or zero-VOC paint on request and clean up daily so the rest of your home stays usable.

How long will my kitchen be out of use for cabinet painting?

Most kitchens stay usable in a limited way throughout. Doors are finished and reinstalled over several days, followed by a cure period with gentle use.

How long should I wait to stain a new fence?

New cedar or pressure-treated pine usually needs to dry until a moisture check confirms it's ready. We test before staining new fences, which are common in newer Leander subdivisions.

Pricing

Will my price change once the job starts?

No. You get a fixed written quote and we don't add surprise change orders. Anything you choose to add is priced in writing before work begins.

Our Company

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Every job is done by our own in-house crews, led by Owen Callahan, with workers' comp coverage for every crew member.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $2 million in general liability insurance and workers' comp for all crew, and we provide certificates on request.

Can you paint stucco that has hairline cracks?

Yes. We repair cracks and can apply an elastomeric coating that flexes to bridge hairline cracks, which are common on Bee Cave and Lakeway Hill Country stucco homes.

Do you paint ceilings, trim and doors too?

Yes. Interior jobs can include walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards and doors, quoted together or separately.

Can my kitchen cabinets be painted?

Solid wood and MDF cabinets paint very well, and oak can be grain-filled for a smooth look. Peeling thermofoil is usually a replacement candidate, and we'll tell you that on-site.

Can you match my wall texture after a repair?

Yes. We match orange peel, knockdown and smooth finishes, then prime and paint so the patch blends into the wall.

Why do my drywall cracks keep coming back?

Central Texas clay soils shift seasonally, which reopens poorly taped joints. We re-tape and feather repairs properly, and flag cracks that suggest structural movement.

Should I choose semi-transparent or solid stain?

Semi-transparent shows the wood grain and fades gradually. Solid stain hides weathered wood and lasts longer on fences but can peel on deck boards.
