# Terms of Service

## 1\. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or hiring Bluebonnet Ridge Painting, you agree to these terms. Your signed written quote for a project also forms part of our agreement. If anything in your quote differs from these terms, the quote controls for that project.

## 2\. Our Services

Bluebonnet Ridge Painting provides painting and related services in Austin and nearby Central Texas cities, including:

We do not offer lead abatement, popcorn ceiling removal, limewashing or epoxy floor coatings.

## 3\. Estimates and Written Quotes

On-site estimates are free. After the visit, we send a fixed written quote that lists the scope, prep steps, number of coats and products. The quoted price does not change once work begins unless you ask for added work, which we price in writing before doing it, or unless we find hidden conditions such as rot or water damage that we show you and you approve.

## 4\. Scheduling and Access

We schedule work during our normal hours, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, with after-hours times available for commercial projects. You agree to give our crew reasonable access, water and electricity, and to remove valuables and fragile items from work areas. Weather can delay exterior work, and we will keep you updated.

## 5\. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment terms, including any deposit, are listed on your written quote. We accept cash, check and credit card.

## 6\. Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. If materials were special-ordered for your project, the cost of those materials may be non-refundable.

## 7\. Workmanship Warranty

Interior and exterior painting is covered by a 3-year workmanship warranty against application defects such as peeling, blistering or flaking caused by how the paint was applied. The warranty does not cover normal fading or wear, damage from moisture intrusion, structural or foundation movement, impact or abuse, or surfaces you asked us to paint against our written recommendation. ## 8\. Colors and Products

Color samples and screens can look different from paint on your walls. Final color choices are yours, and we confirm them in writing before we start. Products may be swapped for an equal or better product only with your approval.

## 9\. Limitation of Liability

We carry $2M general liability insurance and workers' compensation for our crew. To the extent allowed by Texas law, Bluebonnet Ridge Painting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to our services or this website.

## 10\. Website Use

Content on this website, including text, graphics and our guides, is owned by Bluebonnet Ridge Painting and is for general information. Guides are not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your property. You may not copy or reuse site content without permission.

## 11\. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
